Paulina was born in Poland, grew up in Connecticut, and has settled in the Puget Hill neighborhood of Bellingham, WA. The daughter of a home building contractor, Paulina was introduced to Real Estate and business at an early age. Shortly after graduating from Western Washington University, she began managing local businesses and became savvy in contract negotiation, marketing, and business organization/planning. This allowed her to acquire a wealth of knowledge and a steadfast work ethic at a young age, making for a natural transition into a residential real estate career.
Success is evident in Paulina's reviews and results, so it's no surprise that her list of accolades and accomplishments continues to grow. I was born in, raised in, and am madly in love with northwest Washington. Despite living elsewhere on two separate occasions, this amazing area keeps bringing me back. As a proud citizen of, and small business owner in, Whatcom County I am deeply connected to this community and am highly invested in helping people find their place in this incredible part of the world. I love showing individuals and families the awesome places and experiences available here and am happy to offer recommendations to some of the best local spots and businesses around.
After graduating from Squalicum High School, I had the good fortune to play baseball and football at Pacific Lutheran University before ultimately receiving my degree from Western Washington University. Upon graduation, I moved to Waikiki but it became apparent that while I loved the island life, there’s no place with a greater quality of life for the dollar spent than Whatcom County. I moved back to my hometown eight years ago and, along with my gorgeous wife Paulina, have begun putting deep roots down in this phenomenal city.
Most importantly, I am thrilled to be helping people in this beautiful area of the world. From Boulevard Park, Sandy Point, and Birch Bay to Lake Padden, Mt. Baker, and the Nooksack River – this region is close to my heart, allowing me to lend you the advantage of local knowledge and familiarity. Membership in the Whatcom County Association of Realtors, Building Industry Association of Whatcom County, and Whatcom Young Professionals keeps me informed on local market conditions and community developments as they happen. As Paulina and Jacson's Licensed Assistant, Jessa has had the opportunity to be intricately involved in hundreds of real estate transactions. Jessa is thriving in this collaborative team environment where she supports two of the top Realtors in Whatcom County on both the listing and buying sides of their transactions.
You'll find Jessa coordinating contractors to help get a home in tip-top shape prior to listing, showing a potential new home to a buyer, or diligently researching details on a listing back at the office. Jessa's ability to clearly communicate with people and build genuine relationships has transformed an effective team into an unstoppable one. With Jessa constantly supporting them, Paulina and Jacson are excited to help even more friends and family achieve their goals and make each transaction as smooth as possible!
Throughout her life, Jessa has always aspired to pursue meaningful career choices where she felt she was making a difference. Jessa graduated Western Washington University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Community Health. Since then, she has held positions which required her to think critically to assess client needs and identify solutions. She has volunteered abroad and locally as an EMT and firefighter here in Bellingham. Her versatile skill set comes from her diverse work experience as a health education specialist, case manager, grant writer, human resource coordinator, project manager, and business owner. After owning and operating a fitness studio for over three years, Jessa had the opportunity to grow lasting relationships, and inspire a diverse set of clients to pursue their life goals with vigor. As a business owner, she learned valuable organization skills and developed an exceptional ability to multitask and coordinate projects. This experience has been essential to her role at Windermere. More importantly, she has the opportunity to continue her commitment to providing people with personalized, first class, genuine service. Jessa enjoys making people feel special and important which makes each transaction a rewarding experience for her.
